We were a small contractor located in the Cedar Mill Area of Portland, OR and specialized in outdoor living. In July of 2022 we relocated to Rockwall, TX for sunshine, friendly people and to be closer to family. We LOVE Rockwall and couldn’t be happier!

We are glad you are here! The first step is to check us out. Peruse our website...you’ll learn about who we are and what we do. It is chock full of information and photos. If you like what you see, hit any one of the Let’s Get Started buttons. Fill out your info, tell us about your project and upload photos. We will be in contact within 24-48 hours. PHONE CONSULT

The next step is to have a conversation on the phone. We want to hear about your project and your vision. We are happy to answer any questions and will probably have a few as well. Please don’t be alarmed...but we’ll ask about your budget. We are not interested in spending all of your money. But it doesn’t make sense to have an on site consult if your deck budget is $1,000.

ON SITE VISIT & PROPOSAL

Now it’s time to meet - we always look forward to this step. Each project is unique and this is where we seek to understand your vision. We will take measurements, discuss materials and refine the details so that we can put together a proposal. Proposals are typically emailed within 2-5 days from our on site visit.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

If everything looks good, it is time to sign a contract, collect a deposit and get you on our schedule. Our terms are simple: 10% to schedule your project, 65% 1 week prior to start and 25% upon completion. Projects lasting more than two weeks will include progress payments which will be spelled out in the contract.

BUILD & COMPLETE

The day has finally come! Materials will be delivered and we will set up shop. We keep a tidy job site and keep our clients informed as the project unfolds. Upon completion, we will do a final walk through and complete any punch list items. Once that is done, we will collect payment and leave you to enjoy your completed project.
